Instructions For Creating GreenCine History

  1. Select entire GreenCine History on Web site then copy-and-paste to Excel.
  2. Select entire Excel sheet, right-click and select “Format Cells.”
  3. On the alignment tab uncheck “Merge cells” then click “OK.”
  4. While selecting the entire Excel sheet, click “Format” from the tool bar. Then select “Row” then select “Height.”
  5. Type in “12.75” and click “OK.”
  6. Select column “A” and sort by ascending.
  7. Delete the rows not containing rentals.
  8. Select column “A” again and click “Format” from the tool bar. Then click “Style”
  9. In the “Style name” section, click the pull-down button and select “ Normal ” then click “OK.”
  10. Select column “A” again and click “Format” from the tool bar. Then click “Style”
  11. In the “Style name” section, click the pull-down button and select “Hyperlink” then click “OK.”
  12. Select column “A” and copy-and-paste it to an empty column 3 or more empty columns away.
  13. Select both columns with the “sent” and “received” dates (may appear as #####) then copy them.
  14. Right-click on an empty column 2 columns away from the new column created in step 12. Select “Paste Special.”
  15. On the “Paste” section, select “Values” then click “OK.”
  16. Select the new columns with dates (dates appear as “38557”) and Right-click then select “Format Cells.” On the “Number” tab select “Date”under “Category” then choose a format under “Type” then click “OK.”
  17. Copy only the cells in the 3 new columns with data then paste it to a blank sheet.
  18. Repeat the process for each Web page of your GreenCine history except you’ll be adding to the same sheet in step 17.
