Instructions For Creating GreenCine History
- Select entire GreenCine History on Web site then copy-and-paste to Excel.
- Select entire Excel sheet, right-click and select “Format Cells.”
- On the alignment tab uncheck “Merge cells” then click “OK.”
- While selecting the entire Excel sheet, click “Format” from the tool
bar. Then select “Row” then select “Height.”
- Type in “12.75” and click “OK.”
- Select column “A” and sort by ascending.
- Delete the rows not containing rentals.
- Select column “A” again and click “Format” from the tool bar. Then
click “Style”
- In the “Style name” section, click the pull-down button and select “
Normal ” then click “OK.”
- Select column “A” again and click “Format” from the tool bar. Then
click “Style”
- In the “Style name” section, click the pull-down button and select “Hyperlink”
then click “OK.”
- Select column “A” and copy-and-paste it to an empty column 3 or more
empty columns away.
- Select both columns with the “sent” and “received” dates (may
appear as #####) then copy them.
- Right-click on an empty column 2 columns away from the new column created
in step 12. Select “Paste Special.”
- On the “Paste” section, select “Values” then click “OK.”
- Select the new columns with dates (dates appear as “38557”) and
Right-click then select “Format Cells.” On the “Number” tab select
“Date”under “Category” then choose a format under “Type” then
click “OK.”
- Copy only the cells in the 3 new columns with data then paste it to a
blank sheet.
- Repeat the process for each Web page of your GreenCine history except you’ll
be adding to the same sheet in step 17.
